The Early Bird period runs from April 27 to July 17; the Advanced Registration period runs from July 18 to September 25; and Regular Registration applies from September 26 to October 15. Please note that registrations completed during the Early Bird and Advanced Registration periods are also eligible for a discounted hotel rate. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
Registration fee includes morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, lunch and major dinner events.
Registration fee does not include hotel.
Family members may register as students, and eligible for the dinner and Huairou live demo.
Registration fee is non‑refundable after August 31. Any handling fees incurred during the refund application process shall be borne by the applicant.
