- The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, lunches, and coffee breaks during the summer school.
- Refund Policy: Full refund is available for requests submitted on or before June 15, 2026 (Beijing Time). Only 70% of the payment will be refunded for those submitted between June 16 and July 20, 2026. No refund will be issued after July 20, 2026. Please submit your refund application to the Local Supporting Team at: aiqmd2026@163.com.
- For PKU faculty members and students: please register as regular participants or student participants, and use your PKU email address during registration so that we can confirm your affiliation with Peking University. Undergraduate applicants may be required to provide additional materials upon request. Please note that PKU faculty members and students who receive a registration fee waiver will not be provided with working meals during the event.
- Invoices will be issued electronically by Hefei Koushare Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (合肥蔻享数字科技有限公司) after the summer school, based on the registration information provided.

- To facilitate academic exchange, participants are welcome to prepare poster presentations. The poster size is 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).
