Reservation at the Capital Hotel

We recommend staying at the Capital Hotel for its convenience and proximity to shops, restaurants and attractions. There are three ways to book:

    1. Via the Alipay mini-program

    2. By email reservation

    3. Through online platforms (such as Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.)

Please note that the first two booking methods allow you to enjoy the special conference rate negotiated with the Capital Hotel, which is much lower than prices available on other online platforms.

1. Alipay

You can book the room and complete the payment using Alipay. The links for the room reservation are:

Please choose one of the three ways to open the link: i) open the link in your mobile browser, then it will redirect to the Alipay Mini Program page; ii) copy the above link (not the text) and paste it into the search bar of Alipay to open the link; iii) scan the QR code using Alipay to open the link. Then select the preferred room and date, and complete the payment.

If you don’t have the Alipay app, we recommend downloading and installing it on your phone. Since it is much more popular than using cash and credit card in China, it would make your stay very convenient. You can also easily take public transportation with it, such as subway, bus and bike. 2. Email Reservation

If you prefer not to book through Alipay, you can also reserve by emailing the hotel directly. Please follow the steps:

1) Complete the Hotel Reservation Form

2) Send the filled-out form to reservation@capitalhotel.com.cn with the subject “HALO-40 Symposium Booking Request”.

3) The hotel will reply with a booking confirmation and payment instructions.

Note: Your reservation will only be guaranteed after receiving the hotel’s confirmation email.

3. Reservation via online platforms

You can also reserve a room via online platforms. But notice that the price would be higher than our negotiated price.

1) All the prices include one breakfast.

2) The number of rooms for HALO-40 participants is limited. Please make the reservation as soon as possible.
