The early-bird registration fee is only valid when the payment is made before the early-bird deadline of July 8, 2016. After the deadline, the standard registration fee should be paid.
The payment can be made by either credit card or bank transfer, which can be chosen after filling the Registration Form.
Usually you can get the receipt on the registration desk at the meeting venue. If you need the receipt earlier, please contact us by email.
For any cancellations received in writing until August 19, 2016, you will receive a reduced contract fee (tax and commission charge will be retained). No credit will be issued for any cancellations later than August 20, 2016. Cancellations must be received via email.

Note 2: Bank transfer should be in USD and all bank charges must be covered by the sender.
Note 3: Please copy the remittance note and send it to us by email or fax (see Contact Us) before the early-bird registration deadline, otherwise you should pay the standard registration fee.
3. Onsite Payment:
Participants may pay onsite with cash, Unionpay (Credit Card, Debit Card) MasterCard, VISA, JCB. NO early-bird discount for onsite payment.
